If you have forgotten your password and are having trouble logging in, click on Forgot password? located on the login screen. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you still cannot log into your account, please try clearing your cache on Google Chrome. To do this:

Click on History in the top menu on Google Chrome

Scroll down to Show Full History

Click on Clear Browsing Data in the left-hand menu

Ensure 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' are both checked.
- Click on Clear data
