Which Forte Direct student relationship(s) will stay active if I have a Basic membership or a Pro membership?

On Forte Direct, you can invite 1 student to your Forte studio with a Forte Basic membership or up to 5 students with a Forte Pro membership.

If you currently have more than one student and select a Forte Basic membership, the student who has been part of your Forte studio for the longest amount of time will remain active and able to utilize the Forte in-lesson experience.

If you current have more than five students and select a Forte Pro membership, the five students who have been part of your Forte studio for the longest amount of time will remain active and able to utilize the Forte in-lesson experience.

You will not have the ability to teach lessons for more than five students. You will still have the ability to invite new students, but you will be prevented from scheduling lessons with them.

 

Delete Inactive Students

To remove a student from your studio, navigate to your Students page, click on the Menu icon next to their name (the three horizontal lines), and click on the Remove from Studio button next to their name.

Removing a student will sever the connection between your accounts, and students will no longer have access to any of your account information or resources.
