To cancel a lesson, navigate to the Schedule tab in your Forte account and click on the lesson you would like to cancel. Click on Delete Lesson.
If the lesson you want to cancel is part of a recurring lesson block, you need to specify if you want to cancel only that individual lesson or the entire block of lessons.
Once the lesson is canceled, your student will automatically receive an email notifying them of the cancelation.
Keep in mind that canceling a lesson is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please note: Trial Lessons are not able to be canceled by the teacher. They can be modified (change the day, time, etc.), but a Forte admin needs to cancel the lesson.
If you need to cancel a Trial Lesson that has been booked with you that you are unable to either modify or teach, please reach out to the Forte team at help@fortelessons.com with the following information:
- Your name and the email address associated with your Forte account
- The student's name
- The date of the booked Trial Lesson that needs to be canceled
- The reason for the cancelation
