Inviting your current students to Forte is simple!
Before you can invite an external student to Forte (also called Forte Direct), you must have a Basic, Pro, or Elite membership. Upgrade your account to enable Forte Direct.
- Basic: teach 1 invited student
- Pro: teach 5 invited students
- Elite: teach an unlimited number of invited students
With these plans, you can send invites to as many students as you want. They become active when they have a lesson booked with you.
Inviting a student with Forte Direct
- Navigate to the Students section of your Teaching Hub.
- Click Forte Direct Invites
- Click Invite a Student
- Enter the student's email and choose which of your instrument profiles you want to invite them to join.

Your student will receive an invitation via email inviting them to create a free Forte account and become a student on Forte.
Once an invite has been sent, you will see it in the Forte Direct Invitations section. You can copy the invite link and resend the invitation if needed.
Once they accept the invitation, they'll automatically be added to your Studio, and you will see them in your Students section.
