If I miss a lesson due to technical difficulties, am I still entitled to a refund?

Students are strongly encouraged to get logged into Forte and ready for their lesson in advance of the scheduled start time. This ensures you avoid any last-minute technical difficulties. 

Prior to the start of your lesson, you should do the following:

  • Log into Forte.
  • Make sure your camera and microphone are working.
  • When it's time for your lesson, click on the Enter Studio button. Here, you can do one last test of your camera and microphone.
