Teachers can utilize Forte through two separate branches: Forte Direct and Forte Connect.
Forte Direct
Forte Direct is the Forte branch through which you can invite your existing students to take lessons with you on Forte. Students pay only your lesson fee.
Forte memberships support Forte Direct utilization. Teachers with Basic, Pro, and Elite memberships can invite their students via Forte Direct and teach them in the Forte teaching Studio.
Teachers with the Free membership do not have the ability to invite students via Forte Direct and do not have access to the Forte teaching Studio.
Teachers can choose to bill their Forte Direct students through Forte Billing or through any billing method of their choice.
Forte Connect
Forte Connect is the Forte branch through which Forte drives prospective students to your public profile and connects you with new students. Forte adds a fee to your lesson rate, paid for by the student.
For lessons between you and a student who was matched with you through Forte Connect, Forte adds a 20% lesson fee to your rate, paid for by the student.
All lessons that are processed through Forte Billing are also subject to a processing fee of 4.25%, which covers all applicable taxes and fees.
